Dr. Cindy Olsen and her staff are the absolute best! As a young adult with unilateral hearing impairment who is a drummer, a sports fan, and a mother, I am exposed to such a wide variety of noise environments on a daily basis. Dr. Olsen and Dr. Brown took such great care in not only working with me and my financial situation to get me the best hearing device for me – but also in their tenaciousness to make the hearing device perform to its absolute best with my body.

I’ve worn hearing aids in the past that I could not wait to take off at the end of the day, but being fitted by Dr. Olsen has been a game changer. I forget I am wearing a hearing aid most of the time because of how well it’s been attuned to me.
