Dr. Cindy Olsen is an outstanding Doctor. During my first appointment she preformed a Hearing Evaluation which included a comprehensive diagnostics audiological evaluation, a video otoscopy of my ear canal and a computerized hearing aid analysis. She went over my all of my test results and explained them to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. I’ve been to multiple hearing specialists and she was the first Doctor to explain to me why I have hearing loss. I cant put into words how important that was for me. To finally have answers as to why I have trouble hearing is so valuable.
